How to Enter
Watch Sunrise every morning on Channel 7 or 7plus from Friday 5th June 2026 to Thursday 18th June 2026 between 5.30am and 9am. Each morning a new codeword is revealed on air.
Once you have the codeword, head to the entry form at 7news.com.au and submit the codeword along with 25 words or less explaining why you deserve to win.
Each daily codeword is valid until the next codeword is announced during the following Sunrise broadcast, so you have until the next morning to enter with that day’s word.
To be eligible, you must be available for a video or voice call between 6am and 9am AEDT during the competition period in case you are selected as a winner. Winners are contacted live on air.
